- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give this place no stars that's what I would do. If I had the option to have a root canal done or stand in line for an hour at this location...I would do the damn root canal. You call and they have one line, which is always busy. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very pleasant staff. Very friendly. Signs are posted about any kind of charges. No suprises of any kind. Im looking at the other comments and cant help but laugh at the 1 star guys. Signs explaining notary requirements are posted at the front door. And they do notarize all documents them and there. They let you sign and let you leave sooner if needed. That is what they're doing in between customers before they call the next person. There is even a sign explaining that inspections are only valid for 90 days. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆For an independent business, sub-contracting for the state of North Carolina. It is ran clandestine when it comes to fees, they only take cash for their Public Notary fees. Of course that's there right, the issue I have, out of a few dozen times of paying the $5 cash fee. I have never had anything notarized, when you have something notarized it is signed and STAMPED in front of you. It is the whole purpose of having something notarized! They tell me at the end of the day is when they stamp everything by a licensed Notary. Quite obviously a scam, which this private company forcing individuals to pay thousands of dollars weekly in cash for a service that is never rendered.By Monty Shelton, October 16, 2016
