    For years we used H&R Block all over the country to handle our taxes and give us guidance. It has been pricey but we like the security of their guarantee. This year we used Claude in the Hendersonville Nc office and ot has been a nightmare. We're done with this awful, disrespectful, lack of customer service.

    I have came to this office for two years now. The first they filed my taxes wrong. 2nd year, they honestly told me they did not know how to file my taxes. Seem Legit.
